  • 100% fixed rate financing-regardless of interest rate increases, the monthly payment will never change.
  • Improved cash flow-no down payment is required, the equipment can generate positive cash flow immediately.
  • Preservation of bank lines and working capital-the equipment financing through Hopkins Consulting  is the only collateral necessary.  Bank loans generally require a blanket lien on all company assets, as will as other restrictions, thereby limiting future growth opportunities.
  • Tax advantages-under current tax law, the full cost of the equipment may be eligible for a full deduction in the year the equipment is placed in service.
  • Flexibility-virtually any type of equipment (and software) can be financed.  All costs of shipping, installation, training and warranties can be included.  Purchases of equipment from more than one vendor can be combined in the finance contract, and additional equipment can be added during the contract term.
